Marina & Bootsverleih FILEK is not a demo project. The website and booking system were built for my own operating boat rental at Bärwalder See – with real boats, real opening hours, real prices, real customer questions and real day-to-day work on the jetty.

Before: every booking meant follow-up questions.
Many enquiries came by phone, WhatsApp or Messenger. Availability, duration, price and conditions had to be explained by hand, again and again.
- „Is there still a boat free tomorrow at 10?“
- „How much is the Vena for three hours?“
- „Can I start at 2 pm instead?“
- „Do I need a boat licence?“
The real problem wasn't the rental itself – it was the communication before every booking.
Today the system guides the customer through the booking.
Availability, rental length, price, conditions and confirmation are explained step by step. Customers get the key information right inside the booking – no unnecessary questions, no manual price calculation.

01Choose a boat or board
The customer picks a boat or water sports equipment using real photos and clear information.
02Check availability
The system shows suitable start times for the chosen day. If a slot isn't available, another time can be picked straight away.
03See duration and price
Rental length, end time and price are shown immediately. The customer knows what the trip costs before booking.
04Details and conditions
Contact details, notes and rental conditions are collected in one clear step.
05Confirm the booking
Finally, the customer gets a clear summary of the reservation with the key information.
